With a wealth of qualifications and experience in teaching, and learning and development, PeasAboveSticks will bring a range of practical tools and techniques to create interesting, participative and enjoyable events that will drive learning for your organisation.

We think hard about how people like to learn - it’s quite a bit more complex than just visual, auditory or kinaesthetic.  We want to create opportunities for your people to tap into their creativity and challenge their mindsets. The learning interventions we'll design for you, one to one, or one to many, will do just that.

Learning design

  • The programme influenced winning a Repairs and Maintenance Tender (7 year contract) – retaining 400 construction jobs within NCH plus recruitment of 40 apprentices.
  • For the Audit Inspection rating to jump from “uncertain” to “excellent” prospects for improvements was achieved.
  • £244,405.34 investment secured £285.5million.

Learning Professional

"Lynda’s strengths as a facilitator contributed to the success of the programme.  Often dealing with traditionally difficult to train groups - for example, construction trade operatives - her confidence, rapport building, challenges, won over even the most negative delegates.  All learning styles were catered for and it was clear to see that Lynda’s professional knowledge and techniques, linked to her passion to make a difference, made this programme so successful.  It is still talked about today – 2 years on!"
